In order to use EasyPay, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during the registration process and update any information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3. Services Provided

EasyPay allows users to send and receive money, make payments, withdraw funds from ATMs, and manage cryptocurrency transactions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use EasyPay in compliance with all applicable laws, including financial regulations and data protection laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of EasyPay is legal and secure.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm EasyPay or other users, including fraud, money laundering, or engaging in criminal behavior.

6. Fees and Payments

EasyPay provides 0% fees on transactions under $2000. Fees for other services, such as ATM withdrawals or currency exchange, may apply as per the pricing plan chosen.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyPay is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or damage to devices due to the use of the app. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee 100% security.

8. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities. You may also terminate your account by notifying us.

9. Modifications to Terms

EasyPay may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be communicated via email or through the app, and your continued use of EasyPay will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.
